I WAS a long time satisfied customer until I ordered $97 worth if headbands and bows on 2/9/13 - I did not get the order! EVER! I called at least 100 times - No answer or left message on answering machine. I emailed and was told the order was going out the next day. When I did not get order I FB messaged and posted on their site. The did not answer and deleted my post.

I know I placed an order of more than $70 bucks, which I had done in the past and always recieved my order, but the last order I put in I never received. I called and left many messages but never got any response, tried to contact them by email and phone many times but never got a response nor did I get a cash refund or the order of bows I placed!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN BUT A HEADACHE! BLOOMINGBOWS.COM IS A SCAM!!!

NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was a loyal customer of Blooming Bows for almost eight years! They even shipped my bows overseas to me when we lived in the UK and I never once had a problem. The very last order I place (a year ago) was for a headband that unraveled the second my daughter put it on. It was very inferior quality based on what we received in the past. I mailed back the bow with a letter and never heard back from Blooming Bows! I called and email for months and never heard ONE WORD back from them. Do not order from this company-they have absolutely NO customer service.

Blooming Bows cashed my $78.00 check knowing full well that they were out of business. When I didn't received my bows, which usually arrived withing two weeks, I tried contacting them. OUT OF BUSINESS!!

I hope my money helped pay your bills.

Never rec'd order from BLOOMINGBOWS.COM

I placed a very large order with with company back in January, 2014 and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed several times asking for a delivery time and have yet to hear back from them. I had a similar situation with a very long delay in receiving a previous order and they apologized and said they had experienced a family emergency and offered me a coupon for future purchases. Because I previously had good luck with them I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Now the website is down. I would not recommend them at this time.

Paid for a headband and never recieved it

Ive been a loyal customer of Blooming Bows. Last year I ordered two headbands and went a little over 1 month before receiving them. After emailing the company inquiring where my items were I wound up complaining to Pay Pal & stopping payment. B/c of Pay Pal I recieved my item and the company explained that they had a family emergency & offered a coupon for a future order. Next I ordered another headband gift on January 31st 2014 and still have not recieved it nearly 2 months later. I filed a BBB complaint but haven't heard back. I emailed Blooming Bows several times & no response. Recently I realized that their website is "unavailable." How can they get away with this? FRUSTRATED.

Wow-I am waiting on a huge order I placed myself! I had the exact same situation occur in a previous order and gave them a second chance.

Guess I should have known better. Thanks for posting.

Guess I will start the dispute process. I really liked their bows too.

I had been a loyal customer for many years and never worried about not receiving the bows I buy for them BloomingBows.com, until now. I bought another bow from them for my newborn to do her 3 month pictures in. Having not received the bow yet I was getting worried and decided I would go to the site, message them and get a time frame as to when I should expect to receive the bow but was angry to find the site has been deleted. I their loyal customer was scammed. I now have to open a depute with Paypal.

Never Received Items

I also was a loyal customer of blooming bows. My card was immediately charged and never received my items. I left phone messages and e-mails for 2 weeks. Not one was answered. I contacted the BBB and they couldn't do anything because they are not a member. Also the BBB rated them with an F grade. I was shocked with this company because just a week after receiving an order that I placed in May, 2013, the order in June never came. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BLOOMING BOWS THERE ARE OTHER WEBSITES WITH JUST AS GOOD HAIR BOWS!!!!!!!

Failure to Provide Items Paid for

I purchased two hair bows on April 2, 2013. While my card was immediately charged, I have yet to receive the items and the order status is listed as "In Progress." The company has failed to respond to three e-mails and two telephone calls. I have submitted complaints to the BBB and to the Missouri Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division (company is based in MO). I had one previous order with the company back in the fall of 2012 that went off without a hitch, but clearly something has happened. The company's charter with the state was dissolved and it appears they are no longer in business--but are still accepting orders and charging people's credit cards.

Never received order of over $100

I never received anything in My order placed in April 2012. I sent numerous emails, called, even went through the Better Business Bureau. Blooming Bows never responded, and I am still trying to receive a refund for my order that was well over $100. Good luck getting your product! Imagine my astonishment when I received an email from the company, asking me to review the bows that I never received. I took the time to review each bow that I never received and explained why I gave it a poor rating. Avoid ordering from this company. Their customer service does not exist.

Blooming bows

I bought a bow and headband from blooming bows (blooming bows.com) for my daughters. The day I received I knew it wasn't what I was looking for. I repacked and shipped it back that same day. I have been emailing them for 6 months about my return/refund and they ignore me. I still get a blooming bows newsletter, but no responce to my emails & no refund. There was nothing really wrong with the product itself, I like on the small side for bows in my girls hair and these were too big. Even though it is only $20 that is my $20 not there. I would highly no recommend BLOOMING BOWS!!

I ordered 3 headbands for Christmas this year. They promptly took the $$ out of my account and never sent the bows.

I called them and emailed them and got now response. It is now Feb. and I am disbuting this via PayPal. (So glad I paid that way) I have ordered from them many times in the past and never had any problems.

I will no longer be ordering from them anymore.

I agree if you can't provide a product that is ordered you are commiting theft. Steer Clear.

I placed an order with Blooming bows in April, they promptly charged my card but never sent me anything. No one answers their number and they do not respond to emails.

Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. But still receive promotional emails from. Found tons of complaints with the better business bureau. Not sure what is up with this company.

If they don't want to do business they should stop emailing ads and remove their site. Maybe they are trying to see how many people will not take the effort to dispute charges and just steal their money.

I placed an order for $70.00 at Blooming Bows 2 1/2 months ago. I have since sent status update inquiry emails, placed ph calls and even left messages on FB to no avail.

This company is VERY shady it's impossible to get a response from them.

They never sent the hair accessories (that were paid for!!)and have not responded to contact attempts. I have been swindled.
